PROCEDURE TO GET ONLINE-TRAINING

1. Fill the sponsorship form with crossed stamp on the photograph and send it to the following address:
   Dream Weavers
   Online Insurance Training Department
   660-B, Model Town, Near Rabindra Day School
   Jalandhar
2. It may please be noted that the ‘email id’ of the trainee should be correct as the ‘username’ and ‘password will be sent to him directly. (As per IRDA norms)
3. Once we receive the sponsorship form, the ‘username’ and ‘password’ will be generated & sent to the candidate.
4. After completion of training the ‘Training Completion Certificate’ will be sent within 48 hours.
